It really feels like we’re doing a ton of Camaro Mods lately. We’re not sure why, but as long as the songs of big angry V8s fill the air, we’re happy to have em. As we mentioned in our Best Mods for Gen 5 Camaro writeup, the stock ride height of the car leaves it with enough roll to open a friggin bakery, which is why this late model Camaro SS came in to get low when it came time for a set of new rear tires (an SS needing new REAR tires? You don’t say!).
A set of BMR Lowering Springs for Camaro SS were installed to give the car the drop it needed to both look and handle its best. Lowering the car lowers its center of gravity, allowing it to grip and handle better in the corners.
Not to mention the drop in ride height in the Camaro Suspension also gives the car a great stance, and the stiffer springs will make a huge difference in helping the car get traction and hook up on takeoff.
