Back in January, Sr Mod Expert Alan set up Niels Porsche 997 rolled in on the factory wheels looking for all intents and purposes about the same as it did when it rolled off the dealer lot.

Here’s one last look at the factory wheels. Not terrible, but not exciting either.

Alan set Niels up with a set of Gloss Red Forgestar CF10 Wheels for Porsche, spec’d at 19×8.5 up front and 19×11 in the back, wrapped in sticky 235/35-19 / 295/30-19 Falken 453 Tires.Porsche_997_Carrera_S_Forgestar_CF10_RED_EBC_Brakes-11That wasn’t all, either. The Porsche 997 Brakes needed some overhauling as well. A set of Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines and Castrol REACT High Performance Brake Fluid, paired with a fresh set of EBC Brake Pads and resurfaced rotors would give the 997 the stopping power Niels was after.

All in all, Niels Porsche proves yet again that a set of wheels can have a huge impact on the look of any car.
