For several months now we’ve been hosting monthly meets for the Ford EcoBoost community, and from April forward, in the interest of inclusivity, we’ve expanded from -just- Fiesta & Focii to all Ford Performance vehicles. This Saturday April 25th’s meet was our biggest yet, thanks to collaboration with R1 Concepts & Cobb Tuning.
Our Project Fiesta ST looks words different than the last time you saw it here, and different even from Fab Fords just the weekend prior.
Michael Heintz rolled up again in his Schoolbus Yellow Ford Mustang Boss 302, repping the trackday crew hard – the beastly Boss provides a great contrast to the FoMoCo hot hatches.
A few Mustangs joined the party that afternoon, though clearly they missed out on all the fun.
The Ford ST community came out in force, with one of the strongest showings of ST’s in one place I’ve heard of in SoCal.

After everyone had showed up and entered the raffle, ModBargains / ModAuto CEO/Co-Founder Mike Brown busted out the megaphone to say a few words and ensure everyone was able to hear their numbers.

After the festivities, with the skies getting darker by the minute, we all started heading our separate ways, giving us a chance to hear each others’ exhaust notes.
The Gunmetal finish of the Forgestar F14‘s on Michael’s BOSS was a perfect match for the cloudy skies.
This was the first time we’ve been able to offer a giveaway, and since we hit our 2nd tier goal of 40 cars, we were able to give away a free set of Rotors + Pads from R1 Concepts, a $75 Store Credit to ModBargains for merchandise and a $150 installation credit – plus we had some pretty nice swag bags put together for everyone.
