We wanted to snap some photos of the Mustang, so Jurrian hopped into his 2013 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 [S197] and cruised over to Cal State Fullerton’s parking garage for a photoshoot the other day.

Our timing couldn’t have been better- the lighting suited our purposes perfectly and we caught the sunset as the sun dropped behind the clouds and painted the sky all shades of pink and orange, creating an excellent contrast to Jurrian’s dark blue Mustang.
Nothing more Californian than a Mustang against a gorgeous SoCal sunset, wouldn’t you agree?

Anyways, back to the car. Jurrian has put his experience to good use, building a unique Mustang that stands out from the crowd, rocking a set of 20″ Forgestar CF10 Wheels wrapped in Falken tires, sitting low on a set of KW V3 Coilovers.

However, it takes more than coilovers to get the most out of a live axle rear end, so he’s made the handling upgrades to the S197 Mustang Suspension that allow this ponycar to handle like it always should have, thanks to Hotchkis Suspension parts, most notably a panhard bar, to keep the Mustang’s live axle rear end planted and well behaved.
