Painted Front Reflectors for VW Golf MK VI
The MK VI Volkswagen Golf R is a hell of a lot of fun with its potent turbo four and 4-Motion AWD system, but let’s be real, the wheelgap at stock ride height is less than desirable. That’s why this Golf R came in to see the Mod Experts about being fitted with a set of ST Suspension coilovers.
We love all the little details that VW throws into their R models. Much to our delight, we found a proper 3-pedal manual transmission inside.

By lowering the VW Golf R Suspension, we’ve eliminated that excessive wheelgap and brought the car down just enough so that it looks right. The ST Suspension coilovers for VW Golf R drops the car between 0.8in-1.6in up front and between .6in-1.6in at the rear, allowing you to dial in the perfect ride height.
Check out the graphic above to find out more about ST Suspension’s coilovers.

With the car dropped with the ST Suspension installed, this Golf R is really how the car should’ve come from the factory.
