The F10 BMW 5-Series has a few great looking factory wheel options. The ones that came stock on this particular F10 BMW 550i aren’t one of those. John S, owner of this F10 550i wanted to change the look of his 550i with a fresh set of wheels for F10 and reached out to the Mod Experts at ModBargains to give his 5er a fresh look.
The Mod Experts had just the thing in mind. Given the big body of the F10 5er, a larger diameter wheel was just what the doctor ordered. A set of Forgestar F14 Wheels for BMW in 20in diameter was the prescription for freshness, 20×9 Deep Concave up front, 20×10.5 Super Deep Concave in the rear – big wheels to match the bigger 5.

Let’s get a closer look at that fitment. As we said earlier, the wheels are 20×9 and 20×10.5 front and rear – the offsets aren’t mentioned because Forgestar never releases wheel offset information. Kind of like Secret Sauce. You don’t know what makes it good, you just know it’s good.

From this close up, the Painted Front Reflectors for F10 BMW 5-Series are a bit more obvious – painted reflectors are one of the easiest small things you can do to clean up the appearance of any modern BMW.

The fitment our Experts recommended seems to be pretty spot on, the wheels just barely peeking out the tiniest bit past the fender arches.

It’s worth mentioning that this particular 5er is lowered on a set of H&R Springs for F10 BMW 5-Series, which lowers the 550i approximately 1.4 inches up front and 1.3 inches in the rear, the combination of drop plus wheels looks especially stellar.
