Sometimes it’s best to keep it simple. Todd’s E60 M5 is a perfect example of simplicity and minimalism. Todd has been working with Modification Expert Michael to get his BMW E60 Parts and Accessories as this car has shifted from a stock M5 into a benchmark for cleanly executed design. Todd was nice enough to share these photos from a recent photoshoot with us, and we had to share.
With just blacked out kidney and fender grilles (like we offer in our Kidney Grille & Fender Grille blackout Kit for E60 M5), the elimination of chrome/silver accents from this E60 creates an incredibly crisp black/white contrast.
Rolling on a set of iForged Legacy V2 wheels for BMW (20×9.5 & 20×10.5 staggered), the black and white theme is repeated again. To keep the M5’s 500+ horses going to the pavement, the Legacy V2s are wrapped in Hankook Ventus V12 255/35ZR20 and 285/30ZR20 rubber. The Legacy V2 wheels have been spec’d with Matte Black face and Gloss Black lip for a dynamic look. Combined, the wheel and tire package gives the car a subtle but aggressive edge.
The M5 sits a little lower than stock on a set of Eibach Pro Kit Springs for BMW E60, improving the handling and aesthetics without ruining the ride quality. A set of understated quad black Dinan exhaust tips peek out from under the rear bumper to enhance the rear view – like just the right cuff-links to go with your favorite tailored suit.
This recent photoshoot really shows off the clean lines of the car – and the white paint makes it all that much more crisp. There’s nothing unnecessary, no stickers, no tint – minimalism at its finest.
In the spirit of Todd’s build, we’ll cut it short here- and let the photos do the talking below. Enjoy!
