Every once and a while, something really cool shows up in the parking lot, and of course, we take the opportunity to snap some photos to share with you guys. Such is the case with this LC Dodge Challenger. The stock Dodge Challenger wheels are kind of boring, not to mention REALLY HEAVY, which is makes upgrading to an aftermarket wheel is a great idea.

Rocking a set of Niche Targa M130 Wheels, the Black Machined Face with Dark Tint looks awesome paired with the light silver color of the Challenger. At stock ride height though, there’s a bit to be desired from the Challenger Suspension with the wheelgap present.Dodge_Challenger_Niche_Wheels_Targa-6

Out back, this Challenger is rocking a classic “Go-Wing” style spoiler and louvers to give the car a very “period” look, harkening back to the days of SCCA Trans Am racing – while everyone wets their pants over drag race cars, people forget about the ROAD RACE cars (you know, that TURNED, instead of wasting all the fun on a stupid straight line). The ‘Cuda AAR (which shared its E-body chassis with the Challenger) was a beast of a Road Racer, competing against the Camaro Z/28 (which boasted 4-wheel disc brakes in 1969- when everyone was using terrible drum brakes. Protip: NEVER buy a car with drum brakes.)Dodge_Challenger_Niche_Wheels_Targa-7 The redesigned rear end of the Challenger certainly sexes up its back end, the huge LEDs a massive improvement over the “let’s have 8 friggin incandescent bulbs like an 80s Buick” design used on the first gen LC-platform Challenger.Dodge_Challenger_Niche_Wheels_Targa-8

The Niche Targa M130 Wheels really clean up the look of this Mopar and tie in nicely to the look of the car, but a set of Eibach Lowering Springs for Dodge Challenger would really complete the look.
