The Infiniti G37 is a sharp looking car, but as we said in our guide to the Best Mods for Infiniti G37, a set of wheels and lowering the G37 Suspension goes a long way. Sr Mod Expert Alan recently helped out Connie O with making this G37x coupe a real head turner.
To give the car some extra visual spice, Alan set up the G37x with a 19×9 / 19×10 staggered fitment in the all-new, directional Forgestar F10D wheels from Forgestar. Alan recommended a slightly conservative Deep Concave fitment to account for the car’s ATTESSA-ETS All-Wheel Drive system. Then for grip to match, Alan paired that up with a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires in 245/40-19 and 275/35-19 respectively.
Then we still had the ride height to deal with lowering the suspension. To eliminate the excess wheelgap and replace the Infiniti G37’s aging and worn out factory suspension, we fitted a set of BC Racing Coilovers for Infiniti G37 to get the drop we wanted, and with 30 way adjustment, we’re able to tailor the ride precisely to the customer’s preferences.
The overall effect is pretty impressive and gives the car a sportier, more purposeful look without being in your face or over the top. It’s slick and subtle.

The 19×10 rear fitment really fills out the wheel arches and makes the car look worlds better. It’s always amazing to see just how much better cars look with just wheels and a drop and a bit of help from our Mod Experts.
