A few months back we held the fifteen52 x ModBargains meet here at ModAuto, which brought out some of the sickest cars in the area. Sitting stunningly low on a set of AirLift Air Suspension for Audi 8P A3 on a set of CCW Classic Wheels, this 8P Audi A3 stands out in a crowd.
With its distinctive quad exhaust tips, slapped ride height and killer choice of details, this is the kind of car that makes you take notice.
With a factory S-Line body, the owner of this A3 has shaved the bumper and fitted a front lip from a SEAT Cupra R.
The rear of this A3 is unique as well, rocking a set of European market LED tails and an exclusive no-longer-available Remus Quad Exhaust for Audi A3.
The rear valance has been modified to clear the Remus Quad Exhaust and the etched Remus logo and rolled edge beercan style exhaust tips are a great fit for this hot hatch.
In addition to the shaved details of the front bumper (meaning the headlight washer sockets, tow hook socket etc have been smoothed over), the front end also has a black TI edition grille and sports a A4 half-engine cover hiding under the hood.
Performance wise, the car isn’t without upgrades – the intercooler has been swapped out with a much larger Audi S3 Intercooler, and the turbo four is now fed by a Neuspeed Intake for 8P Audi A3.
Sharpening performance further is an APR Performance Stage II tune, a Neuspeed Powerpulley, Eurojet PCV Valve and high-output Coilpacks from an Audi R8.
The car’s side profile has the clean look it has thanks to a set of Voltex Side Skirts, dressing up the 8P Audi A3 exterior, and believe it or not, the car wasn’t always Suzuka Grey – the car started life as Ocean Blue with Grey Interior and today is Suzuka Grey with a Black interior.
Even on a car with somewhat limited aftermarket support like the 8P Audi A3, you can still build an incredible car that will break necks everywhere you go like the owner of this bagged A3 has done here with a little bit of creativity and imagination.
