While we don’t often get Lexuses (Lexii?) in the shop, we’re certainly no strangers to the IS platform. We haven’t had any come around in a while, that’s why we had to take a few minutes to really appreciate this very clean Lexus IS350 F-Sport. The IS is a fun car, however the L-Finesse of a Lexus can sometimes take the fun out of a car- an exhaust note you can actually hear is just one example.
We also upgraded the exhaust system with a Tanabe Medalion Cat-Back Exhaust system for Lexus IS350. This system both looks and sounds superior to the factory system, and the round polished tips really dress up the back end of the car.
The main reason though that we had this IS in the shop was to fit it with a new set of wheels for Lexus IS350 from our friends at Forgestar Wheels.

The owner of this IS350 F-Sport opted for a set of Forgestar F14 wheels for Lexus finished in semi-gloss black, tying into the F-Sport’s existing black accents.

The side profile is enhanced by the sharp lines of the F14, a perfect match to the current gen IS’ dynamic lines.

All together the addition of an exhaust system and a set of wheels makes the car stand apart from your average L-car, and offers an exhaust note other people can actually hear.
