1. Jack up the front end of your Fiesta ST – Always use jacks to support car, as well as lift jack.
  2. Remove [2X] T30/Flathead bolts securing each headlight.
  3. Remove [1X] Phillips retainer securing corner of each headlight.
  4. Disconnect headlight wiring harness.
  5. Pull up to remove the headlight assembly.
  6. Disconnect foglight wiring harness.
  7. Remove [2X] Phillips retainers on the radiator cover panel.
  8. Remove [1X] T-25 Torx screw securing the fender liner in wheel well.
  9. Remove [1X] Upper T-25 Torx screw securing the fender liner in wheel well.
  10. Remove [1X] 7mm hex Screw in wheel well.
  11. Remove [1X] plastic Phillips lock retainer in wheel well.
  12. Remove [5x] 7mm hex screws along the bottom of the bumper.
  13. Remove [2X] 7mm hex screws at each edge of the air skirt along the bottom of the bumper.
  14. Remove [3X] 8mm hex screws securing the air dam.
  15. Remove [3X] 8mm bolts securing bumper at each fender edge (inside fender) – Use a flexible bit driver for this step to save a lot of time.
  16. Remove front bumper & set it aside.
  17. Loosen cold side chargepipe clamp & disconnect chargepipe.
  18. Loosen hot side chargepipe clamp & disconnect chargepipe.
  19. Remove [1X] 8mm bolt securing stock intercooler on left side.
  20. Remove [1X] 8mm bolt securing stock intercooler on right side.
  21. Unseat & remove stock intercooler.
  22. Seat COBB intercooler in place & position the chargepipes.
  23. Reinstall [1X] 8mm bolt securing COBB intercooler on right side.
  24. Tighten hot side chargepipe clamp.
  25. Reinstall [1X] 8mm bolt securing COBB intercooler on left side.
  26. Tighten cold side chargepipe clamp.
  27. Reinstall lower air dam & [3X] 8mm bolts that secure it.
  28. Seat the front bumper fascia into place.
  29. Reinstall [3X] 8mm bolts securing each side of the bumper.
  30. Reinstall [3X] 8mm bolts securing air dam.
  31. Reinstall [2X] 7mm screws securing each side of the air skirt.
  32. Reinstall [5X] 7mm screws securing bumper fascia.
  33. Reinstall [1X] 7mm screw securing fender liner.
  34. Reinstall [2X] T25 torx screws securing fender liner.
  35. Reinstall [2X] plastic Phillips retainers.
  36. Reconnect fog light harness.
  37. Seat the headlights back into place.
  38. Reconnect headlight wiring harness.
  39. Reinstall plastic Phillips retainer.
  40. Reinstall [2X] T-3/Flatheads securing each headlight.
  41. Remove jackstand.
