Whether you have the most upspec model available or the base model, any car looks and performs worlds better than it did stock with just the addition of a nice set of wheels and lowering the suspension. There are plenty of options out there that make it possible to put together a great look without even spending your whole tax return. Case in point, this F30 BMW 328i sedan, which we’ve fitted with a set of KW V2 Coilovers for BMW F30 3-Series and a few other choice modifications with some help from Sr Mod Expert Alan.
This car is about as clean as you can get with a F30 328i, the front license plate holder has been removed, its scars covered up by a set of Painted Bumper Plugs for BMW F30 328i & 335i, and the amber factory reflectors are conspicuously absent, replaced by a set of Painted Front Reflectors for F30 BMW 328i & 335i.

Joseph has been coming to ModBargains for a while, and has since fitted his 328i with with a couple performance modifications, including a Injen Intake for F30 BMW 328i to help the N20 turbo four spool and a BMW Performance Exhaust for BMW 328i [F30] to give the a car a bit more of an authoritative sound, as you’d expect of a BMW.

Replacing the boring stock wheels is a set of V710s in gunmetal finish from VMR Wheels, spec’d out in a 19×8.5 ET35 / 19×9.5 ET33 fitment and paired with 235/35-19 front and 265/30-19 Toyo Proxes Tires, this combination performs as good as it looks. With both a lighter wheel and a stickier, wider tire, the car has much more mechanical grip. However, you can’t just throw on a set of wheels and call it a day – the excess wheel gap will stick out like a sore thumb, which is why we’ve fitted KW V2 Coilovers for F30 BMW 328i to drop the F30 suspension.

From this angle, the sharp cut tips of the BMW Performance Exhaust for BMW 328i are just barely poking out from under the bumper.
